Dada
On April 1, 2025, Dada finalised its takeover by JD. We were disappointed by the news but the terms makes it difficult to seek additional value - see our Q1 2025 report. We have decided to close this unfortunate chapter of our investment history.
On January 25, 2025, Dada received a takeover offer from JD at $2/ADS. We believe the offer grossly undervalues Dada and have written to the Board. We have made these materials publicly available for all interest parties
